$65.00Enjoy our second wine dinner with Gary Kramer Guitar Cellars Wines from Paso Robles, paired with Discovery Bay Steak House’s Gourmet Chef Jose. Enjoy a beautiful evening on the back patio, watching the sunset, learning about these incredible wines from the Wine Maker himself, Gary Kramer. Some of you might remember his name from Kramer Guitars, the newest electric guitar of its time, played by all of the world’s most famous rock stars in the 70’s and 80’s. You will enjoy 5 courses of light fare paired perfectly with these wines.
The menu has been finalized and sure to be delicious:
~Rose paired with wrapped prawns stuffed with goat cheese and spinach
~Tempranillo paired with spicy Cajun jambalaya
~Cabernet Sauvignon paired with portobello mushroom with filet mignon medallions with cabernet reduction
~Syrah paired with slow roasted pork tenderloin with an Asian plum sauce
~Liquid Bondage, white port style dessert wine is paired with banana creme brûlée with caramel rum sauce
